FOH Member/Kitchen Porter

Heritage Portfolio are looking to hire a part-time Front of House Member/Kitchen Porter to work at their site at Botanic Gardens Edinburgh.

• Commitment & passion to deliver the highest standards of customer service
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• A high standard of personal presentation

What you’ll do: 

• Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure the highest level of service and attention to detail is given to customers.
• Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests
• Clean and sanitize equipment and tables
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
• Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices
• Production of food set out by the company and unit SOP manual
• Adhering to all H&S and Food Safety Laws as set out by the company

Hours: Up to 16 hours per week over seven days

Applicants must be available to work on the weekends.
