All in Edinburgh
All in Edinburgh is a service which supports people with a disability or long-term health condition to find and maintain paid jobs, providing a personalised service that meets each client's needs and aspirations.It is delivered by the Edinburgh Supported Employment Consortium which is made up of the Action Group, Forth Sector, Intowork and ENABLE Scotland.This support can include:
- Money and benefits advice;
- Assistance with job applications and support to arrange adjustments;
- Support to source vacancies;
- Job coaching within the workplace by an experienced employment worker;
- Support to retain a job if you need it; and
- Signposting to other services in Edinburgh, if appropriate.

Edinburgh Guarantee
The Edinburgh Guarantee helps people of all ages and backgrounds to easily access and progress in fair work, training or further education. Through our network of employers and partners, we can help all job seekers to find the support they need to achieve success.

Fort Kinnaird Recruitment and Skills Centre
The Recruitment and Skills Centre at Fort Kinnaird supports businesses in the retail park and surrounding areas with recruitment, help with staff training needs and workforce development. It also offers a bespoke service to jobseekers to gain and retain employment in the area.
We understand the challenges of looking for work and strive to support jobseekers in whatever way we can. Our services include:
- Signposting current vacancies throughout Edinburgh
- Support creating and updating CVs
- Support completing application forms
- Access to employment and information events
- Use of computers for job searching
- Pre-recruitment training opportunities
- Information on access to employability training & support

FUSE
A world class retail and hospitality academy setting standards for skills, training, recruitment and career support in Edinburgh.
FUSE has been established to work across Edinburgh, connecting people to training courses, accredited qualifications, employers and jobs in both retail and hospitality within Edinburgh St James but also the rest of the city. Edinburgh St James opens in 2020 bringing approximately 3,000 new jobs to the city.

Vocational Training Framework
Free, short, sector-based training with guaranteed interviews
Vocational Training Framework offers you free sector-specific training with recognised certificates. You can choose between:
- Hospitality
- Health and Social Care
- Retail
- Early Learning and Childcare
- Business and Finance
- IT and Creative
- Construction
- Warehouse and Logistics.
Each course will also involve guided job searching activities, 1:1 employment advice, interview skills training, and most importantly - interviews with recruiting employers.
It’s a great opportunity to gain knowledge about the industry, gain sector recognised certificates and start work!

MacMillan Skills Hub
MacMillan Skills Hub is a free employability service helping jobseekers in Edinburgh to start work or take the next step in their career journey. We offer a range of services including CV and application advice, interview practice, workshops and access to training courses. As well as organising job fairs with local and national employers to support them with recruitment in the city.
