What are Community Benefits?
Community Benefit clauses are:

- A key component in maximising social, economic and environmental benefits
- Mandated and defined for Scottish public bodies by the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014
They include:
- Targeted recruitment and training
- Small business and social enterprise development
- Community engagement
