Get Into Lifeguarding

The Kings Trust and Edinburgh Leisure are teaming up again to support young students who have left school and who are currently not in education, employment, or training with the opportunity to get qualified and employed as a lifeguard with Edinburgh Leisure.

The course will include:

• Gaining the RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), these participants will learn all elements of pool rescue techniques, lifeguarding theory, first aid and CPR as well as other life skills. The NPLQ is a 5-day course with theory and pool-based assessment throughout. • Access a guaranteed interview with Edinburgh Leisure
• Improve confidence, interview skills and their CV
• Have lunch and travel cost throughout the course covered.
