Hospitality
The Hospitality Course with Action For Children caters to young individuals interested in a career in hospitality. The program spans 5 weeks, with classes held three days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Includes Qualification in Costumer Service, REHIS, visits to hospitality specific industries and a 3-day cooking and catering course.
The course further equips participants with essential skills such as CV writing, interview techniques, cover letters, and potential work placements. Ongoing support ensures positive progress for these young individuals.
This course will cover: - The Scale & Scope of the hospitality Industry - Qualification in Costumer Service Level 4 - Costumer Service Techniques - Industry Visits - Interview & Job Application Techniques - Teamwork & New Friendships - Qualification in Health and Safety (REHIS) - Workplace Policies, Protocals and Etiquittes - Health and wellbeing sessions - First Aid Training
