Disclosure Changes - Webinar

From 1st April 2025 Scotland's disclosure system is changing, including a restructure of background checks, an update of the PVG Scheme and several process changes that will bring more fairness and transparency for those with convictions.

Both your participants and your organisation could be impacted significantly, with expanded legal requirements for roles requiring PVG and a brand new system for individuals to get familiar with.

Apex Scotland specialises in providing support and guidance to individuals and organisations around the Scottish Justice System, Criminal Convictions and Disclosure. Throughout the month of April they will be meeting with partners and colleagues, sharing information through our social media platforms and running free training sessions specially tailored for practitioners and organisations to keep you fully informed and familiar with the new legislation and how it will impact you. Organisations will have a 3 month grace period until July 2025 to align with the new requirements and they can tell you what you need to do.
