Vocational Training Framework - free sector based training with guaranteed interviews

The Vocational Training Framework provides employability and vocational training to complement current stage 3, 4 and 5 employability and skills support provision. It has been developed as a response to the NOLB Phase 2 allocation from the Scottish Government.

All training is created to enhance existing provision and to enable those ready for work to gain practical insight into the particular industry and to understand the expectations of its employers. All participants will benefit by getting recognised by the sector certificates and for many, this will be a chance to start meaningful employment.

We can offer sector based courses in:

• Hospitality
• Retail
• Health & Social Care
• Early Learning & Childcare
• IT & Creative
• Business & Admin
• Construction
• Warehouse & Logistics.

Each course also involves 1:1 guided job search and application activities, interview preparation and, at the end of the training - a guaranteed interview with a recruiting employer.
