Capital City Partnership's Cultural Awareness Workshop

This interactive and educational workshop draws upon our research findings regarding the challenges that individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds encounter in employment. Additionally, it incorporates valuable feedback from local employers about the support they need to enhance engagement, and retention and foster growth within their diverse teams.
