Young Esperanza (Project Esperanza)

Project Esperanza offers flexible appointments for young people aged 15 to 18 who may otherwise face barriers to employment, education and volunteer opportunites. Young people meet once a week and support is offered in CV writting, cover letters, increasing confidence in applying for jobs and gaining wider acecess to oportunities.

Appointments are offered as 1:1 or in a group and there are also opportunities within the group session for young people to build on employability skills.
