Triage Moving Forward (Triage Central Limited)
No One Left Behind Stage 1 supports young people aged 15.5 – 19 (or up to the age of 26 for those with a disability or care experienced), who are not in employment, education or training.
We will help with building a routine, increasing motivation, increasing confidence and life skills, whilst also providing employability focused support with CV creation, interview techniques and employer expectations. Individuals will have access to IT equipment, and we will help them work towards achieving their goals, at their pace but with agreed steps for progression. We will arrange volunteering or work placements with the young people to help them decide the route they want to take if they chose to, and we can offer an accredited employability qualification.
Our support is tailored and agreed with each individual depending on their needs. We can provide support both on a 1-2-1 basis and small groups to help build confidence and reduce anxiety with a step-by-step approach. We are flexible to meet the individual in a place that is comfortable for them, and we are available in the Whale Arts Centre every Wednesday for the young people to drop in.
