2). 1:1 Coaching and Guidance
Our team has combined expertise and lived experience with cultural knowledge and understanding, which allows us to provide you with personal and tailored coaching to boost your needs.

3). Code-Free Technology Career Course
This course was designed and delivered by six Ethnically Diverse tech industry professionals with years of knowledge and experience.
The course is there to test and provide the participants with the know-how to gain entry into those evolving tech careers.
The course is designed to demystify the technical skills needed and provide tips on how to join in and connect with the facilitators on LinkedIn to gain further knowledge.
4). Events and Online learning: We also create ad-hoc community events and webinars based on ongoing conversations with our participants and updated labour and economic news.
Our career accelerator course runs for eight weeks alongside the 1:1 support you will receive to support your career and job development. We help participants develop life-long techniques to ensure career development, including navigating promotions, moving up the career ladder and managing the learning and development required to move forward.

We specialise in culturally sensitive services where we can support participants with various barriers to employment, including discrimination, racial trauma and lack of fair opportunities. Our primary target audience is families and individuals from ethnically diverse backgrounds. However, our services are adaptable and can support those who identify as marginalised in society due to their various protected characteristics.
