PHEW ( People's Health & Emotional Wellbeing ) at Space @ Broomhouse Hub (Space and Broomhouse Hub Training Academy)
People’s Health and Emotional Wellbeing (PHEW) is our service that offers 16 to 26 year-olds a safe and open space to make connections with others and develop a better understanding of mental health and wellbeing. Our group sessions involve a variety of recreational activities and fun both in The Hub and out in the community. We also offer one-to-one mental health support for those who might not be comfortable or ready to take part in our group sessions.
While we provide 1-to-1 support to those aged 16 to 26, we also have a weekly meetup group for those aged 18 to 26. Our group sessions take place on Thursdays between 6pm and 8pm here in the Broomhouse Hub. If you would like to take part in either of our support services.
