Food catering and hospitality foundations (Space at the Broomhouse Hub)
The course is about giving the members the skills needed to work in the catering and hospitality industry. They will do cooking sessions and also educational sessions which will enable them to make a more informed choice about what they would like to do next and gives them the tools to be able to move into employment or training in the industry.
Sessions will run on a Monday morning for 8 weeks at The Broomhouse Hub from 9.30- 12:00.
