Head 2 Work is an 8-week course that runs 2 days per week. It includes volunteering and taking part in physical, fun activities and attending workshops to help gain knowledge in different topics. These can include, sexual health, mental health, relationships, money management and drugs and alcohol misuse. When attending this course lunch and travel money are provided. A personal development award can also be gained.
This course is about learning and gaining skills whilst having fun and making friends.
