Space Station gives our trainees the skills and knowledege to be able to move into Catering and Hospitality.
Each week the session covers a different aspect of catering skills i.e. tempratures for working with food safely, how to store food correctly. Also personnal hygiene and knowing how to use the different equipment in a kitchen. They will also gain a qualification on REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene.Each week they will also cook a different dish for them to take home.

The course is open to anyone aged 16-65 that has an interest in moving into the Hospitality sector.
Space Station is passionate about supporting our trainees to achieve their full potential in a supportive enviroment. We also activly look for the next steps that the trainnes can take and they can also progress into a work placement inour Training academy Cafe and Bakery.
